Work...

When Dustin and I lived in Washington after we first got married, I worked for a State Farm Agent (Brady Nelson) in Federal Way. I stayed there until we moved to Georgia. Upon return to Washington, I called Brady's office to do my Homeowner's insurance. Before I could even ask him for a quote, he offered me a job. With Mya, I don't want to be away from her all day, but it just so happened that he only needs me 2 days a week to supplement one of his other employees with 2 children. Dustin and I both agreed, that if we could find a babysitter that was 1. affordable (not as easy as I thought...) 2. both Mya and we liked, and 3. if i was going to get paid enough to make it count that I would do it. So the planets and stars aligned, and I'm working again. Dustin and I both agree that it's great to get my insurance license back (luckily, easier than we thought!) and for me to get dressed and out of the house a couple of days a week. I'm talking to adults, yay! And the best part I think is I'm working with people I already know and am comfortable with, and I'm filling a position that is not required to sell. And I LOVE THAT! I'll be doing what I do best, service work. So, on Mondays and Thursdays, I'll be at work. Yesterday went great! And the commute wasn't too bad. But I must admit, I sure was glad last night that I wasn't working today.

Your back again. It is so good to get out of the house. I am glad that it worked out for you. I work a few hours a week at a local agent her in Utah. It is funny how that works out. I just wanted to get out of the house and talk with adults. You know. By the way, I love what you have done with your house. You are good. Do you want to come to Utah and help me out. :)
