I'm sure glad that we have always had church or work functions where Santa has appeared. Her 1st Christmas, at 7 months, she thought the beard was great. The next year (1.5 years), she was loving the Christmas music and having a great time....until she got on Santa's platform. It ended with me kneeling next to Santa holding a screaming girl and cheesing it up for the camera. This year, I told Dustin it was HIS turn. I didn't want to be in the picture again. We walked into the room and she was ready to leave. As you can see...she didn't care what he had to give her, GET ME OUTTA HERE!! Maybe 3 & 1/2 will be here year!

After Santa, we went over to the PX where the Grinch and Scooby made an appearance. Sure, Dustin is holding Mya, but it's only a cover for him getting to meet Scooby Doo!

Awww! She's Claus-trophobic. ;) (There's a whole site out there somewhere of pictures of kids sitting on Santa's lap and crying. Can't remember what it's called offhand.)
Our ward Christmas party was canceled! Bummer!
