YES! We put on offer in an a house in Washington, and it was accepted! I realize this is one of the 1st steps, and so many things can still change, but YES!! We've only seen pictures of it, and had a phone walk through, but that's alright. It's in a great neighborhood, and an even better ward! Oh, ya, and it's WASHINGTON!! YES! I just feel sorry for my poor realtor. He sure did get an ear full of squealing today...I'm sure he'll get over it, when he can hear again!
p.s. I just realized how many exclamation points I used...sorry.
