Owe!

Mya was looking at my foot, pointed to a freckle and said "owe!" and was quite concerned. Well, I'm on NO shortrage of freckles, so I calmly told her that they don't hurt and started showing her more of them on my legs and arms. This did not have the desired effect. She became very concerned and started pointing to all of my freckles and saying "owe!". Except when she would point, it was more of a poke. So, had it been a bruise, it probably would have really hurt...glad they were just freckles. Maybe I'll try teaching her to count them...
