The Blue House

So, we've signed paperwork, and should be taking possession tomorrow. After some of the things we've put up with the last week, I'm not holding my breath. I'd be happy with Friday. THANKFULLY, we've had some awesome friends who have let us crash their den for the last 3 weeks. YOU GUYS ROCK! I thought with the paperwork signed it would be safe to post pictures now.

Mind You....These are BEFORE pictures. Oh boy do we have some work to do! 1st thing on my list of things to do is CLEAN THE BATHROOMS! Where this was a short sale, it didn't have the best appearance, but we were more worried about the price.

So...I think we'll be using the basement bathroom until we have the floor redone in here, it's like they don't know that a shower curtain goes on the inside of the tub....

This is the ceiling of the same bathroom...not sure WHAT they were thinking, but I'm painting this room 1st.

My kitchen...we need to replace the dishwasher and microwave, but again...the price was right. We just might use our counter microwave for a while....

We FINALLY purchased a bedroom set. It looks really good, and we can't wait to get it. We also got a new living room set for upstairs, and a new chaise lounge for the family room in the basement where our current couch will go along with the TV. I just hope to get all of the painting done before the furniture and carpet are installed...I don't want to worry about them.

Mya needs to be on a schedule desperately, but we'll get to that probably by Saturday. She's making us a little crazy...
